DELIVERY

If you have opted for delivery service in your order, we will confirm the delivery date and time session by email. Please note that no delivery service will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, some outlying islands, Hong Kong Disneyland, warehouses, courier companies, vessels, and public areas such as stations, roads, or staircases.

For designated delivery addresses with elevator access, if carrying items up or down stairs is required after using the elevator, a surcharge will apply (HK$50 per floor per item). For stairs, every 10 steps count as one floor and will be charged at HK$50 per floor per item. Complimentary gifts are excluded.

If the destination is not accessible by truck, the delivery personnel may deliver the goods on foot depending on the situation. The following conditions must be met:

  • Receiver may need to lead the way
  • Walking time must be within 10 minutes
  • Roads must be flat, wide, and safe

If any of the above conditions are not met, delivery will be arranged at the nearest accessible point such as a car park, village entrance, or public mailbox.

If, due to actual circumstances or any other reason, the courier is unable to deliver goods to the billing address specified in your order, additional charges (such as stair charges) will be quoted based on the situation. These charges must be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

On the day of delivery, if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, delivery services will be suspended immediately, and affected orders will be rescheduled.

If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery date, delivery time, or adding items), please inform us at least 3 working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
