RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Online Purchase
This return and exchange policy is applicable to products purchased from the Cuisinart Online Store.
Requests for return, refund, cancellation of orders, or exchange of products will not be accepted. Exceptions for exchange are allowed only for defective products, subject to verification and confirmation by our customer service representatives (online purchases). We reserve the right to test the product before approving any exchange.
You are requested to examine the products immediately upon delivery or collection to check for any visible damage and to ensure all accessories are included. Any issues must be reported within 7 calendar days. After this period, products cannot be exchanged due to defects in appearance or malfunction.
We will not accept exchange requests for products that we reasonably believe have been used, washed, or physically damaged due to external factors (non-manufacturing defects).
All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Products that are used, washed, or returned without complete packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team during business hours to request an exchange. If the defect is confirmed, you will be guided through the exchange process.
An original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be presented before any product exchange can be processed.
