WARRANTY INFORMATION

General Warranty Conditions

  • Warranties apply only to products purchased from authorised Cuisinart retailers.
  • Products must be purchased for personal, household use.
  • Commercial or resale use is excluded unless stated otherwise.
  • Original proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.
  • If proof of purchase is unavailable, warranty may be calculated from date of manufacture.
  • Product registration is recommended but not mandatory.

Warranty Coverage by Product Category

Small Kitchen Appliances

Limited One (1) Year Warranty

Cuisinart small kitchen appliances are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from purchase.

Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults under normal home use

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Accidental or shipping damage
  • Use with unauthorised accessories or voltage converters
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Cuisinart will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

Cookware

Limited One (1) Year Warranty

Cuisinart cookware products are covered for one year under normal household use.

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Commercial or non-household use
  • Damage due to misuse, overheating, or improper care
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting performance
  • Unauthorised accessories or repairs

Warranty remedies include repair, replacement, or refund.

Coffee Grinders

Limited 1 Year Warranty

Cuisinart Coffee Grinders are covered for one year from purchase.

If a defect occurs under normal use, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Outdoor Products

Limited Warranty

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Use of unauthorised parts or accessories

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover (All Products)

  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
  • Damage caused by accidents or improper use
  • Incorrect voltage usage
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, etc.)
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Products repaired by unauthorised service providers
