Ingredients

  • 250ml hot (not boiling) oat milk
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150g Greek yoghurt or skyr
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to Blast & Go.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
